Dude que te questa: $20 a paycheck...African dude you should hear them, they swear they dont have a problem, they swear they are like everybody else...So if you are like everybody else "I AM SURE" $20 a paycheck is nothing...Make it 10 years for that matter...Do not make it 20 years because they got to find other stuff to do we cant be just wasting the little that we got...But you know what i was thinking...You know i've seen countries hire a private company to build something like a highway then the private company construct tolling booths to charge maybe $25 cents and pay it back the price of the investment...So i was thinking...Why not charge: $ 1 dollar for the $50 million dollar Powerball lotto 50 cents goes to pay back the 50 million people that put the money and the other 50 cents goes to the government...I am going to show an example...Suppose the African country that plays the $50 million Powerball lotto has 40 million people...If 10 million of them pay the 2 dollar per ticket for the week: that will be 20 million dollars x 48 weeks = 960 million dollars almost 1 billion dollars...But that's just playing: 1 ticket per week if you play 2 tickets per week it will be almost 2 billion dollars and at that pace the money will be repaid in: 12 years...Each of the 10 African countries the money will be repaid in 12 years to the 50 million people...After 12 years they will get their money back...The models that countries got are because lotteries are not played: 24 hours they only play from 7am to 11pm...What about the time of: 11:01am to 6:58am??And remember you may say: 2 dollars per ticket is too much but just remember, you are not winning: 5 million dollars you are winning: $50 million dollars....The reason why i want to repay the people that put the money is because that way we can use those: $20 per pacheck for something else important that African will need...

There are 53 countries in Africa right, what if you let the 50 million people chip in for 12 years and the lotto players put up the other 12 this way it will be 24 countries almost half of African will have that Bi-weekly 50 million dollar Powerball lotto....But remember something despite that the government will not make the money not until 12 years from the time the scratchoffs from the $50 million dollars that went not won those scratchoffs will still generate money for the 24 countries...
