You can do that OR you can create the: AFrican Countries's 90 billion dollars a year GDP Weakness Compensation Fund...Where you give it to your weakest link countries [the poorest] and you go every year and give it to each African country that is the weakest link and you give them 1 trillion dollars let them place it in the bank at: 9% and with the 90 billion a year it goes to the weakest link African country...This way you get "STRONGER"....And you do this every year...

You know you can get both worlds, how? like let the 500 million Africans chip in for the first 13 years and use it for 1 option and let them chip in for the other 13 years and you use it for the 2nd option...

Asia you can do the same with your weakest link...

i know that 50 dollars a paycheck is a lot for Africans but you act like you should be treated like a regular continent so dont complain...
