Anyways i need 500 million women who will like to do this to chip in: $10 a paycheck or $20 a month for 3 years...it will be: 360 billion dollars...Placed in the bank at: 7% it will be: 25.2 billion dollars coming your way every single year...

With those 25.2 billion dollars coming your way every single year you are going to pick 1 country in the world each year and the country selected for that year is going to take those 25.2 billion dollars and they are going to place it in the bank in 3 billion each at: 5%...3 billion at: 5% is 150 million annually...With those 150 millions annually they are going to create: Scratchoffs...Whether they pay: $5 million or $1 million, or $20 million or whatever the amount scratchoffs...And this is going to be played "ONLY BY WOMEN" it will be exclusively for women/females...And they are going to cost: $5 dollar or $10 dollars, just like in the USA....Remember 25.2 divided by: 3 billion equals: 8 so there is going to be 8 Scratchoffs in each of the country selected...Actually there can be more...And the revenue from the scratchoff is going to be used by that country for who knows what, among 1 option is taking care of the elderly or towards the department of Agriculture...Actually if you look at it they can be: between: 24 to 48 types of different scratchoffs in each of the countries selected for ever...Just like each state in the USA...

Do this for the love of the movie: "ENTRAPMENT" with Catherine Zetha Jones & Sean Connery [you know i am surprised they haven't made movies like that with women on it, i am sick and tire of seen a movie where a women is someone else's girlfriend what message does it send to other female growing up]...Dont worry is only 3 years...In other years you can work on other games...And the country you are going to select can be selected randomly or whoever way you want to do it....

Also this is a test for all women around the world to see if they can make it...To train them mathematically...

And the elderly will be able to play also...What they will do is that since is paid for already, there will be a program where the elderly will babysit and get extra tickets for the time they volunteer babysitting and a exercise program where there will be a particular gym for them where they work out/exercise for a particular amount of time and they get extra tickets to play, and if they can type they will volunteer their time typing and get extra tickets for that...Something like 20 or 30 tickets per hour volunteered i dont know...And there is a system where if an elderly volunteers for years and years and then she/he can't go anymore, there will be a system where after she/he can't go anymore he/she will still receive free tickets...
