For instance a country may have a good source of income that it might be of 1 billion dollars a year and out of it: 300 million or 400 million GETS wasted due to Emergency Relief Programs such as floods, now multiply that times many countries...

The pump companies on the net are so pathetic and there is only a few of them and none of them works on heavy duty huge pumps or water pumps to the next level..I dont think any invention of water pumps has been made in the last 40 or 100 years...And yes this does require study of mathematics, mechanics, etc...

Dude when i look at the GE commercials and i see there is a mechanic treating a plane engine i feel: ¨THERE´S GOT TO BE A WAY¨...Dude the population is increasing and continues to increase and yet every year all over the world, CROPS are wasted because of floods...so how are you going to feed the increasing population if crops are been wasted every year plus there are people that go hungry and die of hunger, what the...plus in the future many foods will be used as fuel for biofuel cars, etc...Not only do we need that but we need to find a way to generate heat in large quantities from electricity and stop relying on natural gas because soon or 1 day the natural gas reservoirs of the world is going to empty out...

I want this to be done in Asia like in Bangladesh...Anyways you get 100 million women each to chip in: 25 cents every paycheck for 3.34 years which is like 3 years and 4 month...It will be: 2 billion dollars...Placed in the bank at: 5% it will be: 100 million dollars coming your way every single year...With it you are going to take: 50 million and you are going to create the: HUGE FLOOD PUMP RESEARCH COMPANY/CENTER...And you are going to educate like give scholarship to people so they study this profession and figure out a way to come up with the SPECIAL PUMP that will eliminate FLOODS..The other 50 million is going to a fund until it reaches: 500 million which will go to whoever comes with the schematics or designs the best huge pump for floods...After the 500 are stacked up, the 50 million will go back to the pocket of the 100 million people so they basically spent: 25 cents every month for 3 years...And in the HUGE FLOOD PUMP RESEARCH COMPANY there is going to be a section that is going to be concern on how to build LARGER MACHINES that heats up the air and uses electricity at a reduced cost, the more reduced the better...And the 500 million will be placed somewhere so it earn interests, 25 million a year is not bad like in 4 years it could go towards second place or third place or fourth place for the pump or heat of electricity design...
