I had pizza for dinner...

Pizza is a very filling meal.. I went for a walk right afterwards, it helps with your digestion and you have an all over feeling of health and well being- breaking from your daily routine and getting some exercise..

  Going for a walk or jog after meals, is the best remedy for your body..I Agree!
