Top predictors needed to participate in this tournament.  All participants will agree to these rules : 5 to 10 numbers predicted 1 number must fall within that week for the state selected if not you loose winner move to the second round. Eg 10 participants will decide what state next and so forth. First state will be New Jersey ( Todds state ). Then Michigan , Ohio , Newyork , Florida , NorthCarolina etc.
