Wow, what a difference a month or two makes. Two months ago I was all set to be transferred from my job to a similar position in North Carolina. Two months later, right before the new year starts, my job has been eliminated and I find mysself unemployed and looking for work. What a crappy time of the year for this to happen. Oh well, I was looking for a job when I found this one I guess........

Good luck to you Shawn. If it's still in print try to get the book "Guarilla Tactics for the Job Market". And have a happy new year anyway!!

This stuff always seems to happen around Christmas holidays. It's a bummer but stay positive.
The economy is not too bad around Dallas-Fort Worth. You should think about coming down this way.
Good luck.

I am very sorry to hear that, Shawn. What you meant to say was "I was looking for a GOOD job when I found this one."!
