According to Adele Davis, one of the nutrition gurus during the 1970's, vitamin D is formed by the suns reaction to our own natural skin oils, then absorbed back into our bodies. She said it's best to not shower immediately after coming in from sun exposure to allow that natural absorption to occur.

This is a source TPTB can't take away from us by legislating away our availability to it. :-)

Because of my drinking and palpitaions, I have to take magnesium, B12 complex, fish oil, calcium/zinc, and potassium daily. Magnesium, fish oil, and B complex twice a day. I keep adding a new pill every 8 or 9 months....lol

Don't say it too loud; they'll declare it a controlled substance.

Codex Alimentarius,i've read where in december 2009 or afterwards they were to put some new laws into affect where certain vitamins were supposed to be banned.
