have you all seen the show: the price is right..Remember that wheel with numbers that people got to push...You create a wheel just like that with numbers in different locations connect it to an RNG and let the RNG run per seconds with a detonator that you got and whever the RNG stops it signals different times for each wheel...And the wheels spins and stop whenever they need to stop...

i thought about this years ago but brushed the idea away....
