Lottery money is going for schools, this is what i think they should do with it and they HAVE to do it because they live in colder climate, is not so much the pressure on a kid that leaves on a hotter climate (the tropics) but a kid that leaves in colder regions they need to do this...

The lottery money that kids get, they should let it go to school to teach kids (NOT TO WATCH TOO MANY TV´S) and buy kids a TV control program that records kids favorite cartoons during the day and dont let  kids watch it only from 8pm-10pm and the rest they watch in on fridays after: 5pm and saturdays COMERCIAL FREE, kids dont need to watch comercials that way what was 1 hour is now 20 minutes or 30 minutes...And parents record what they want their kids to watch...I was thinking the lottery money buying each little kid family the program that records the kids favorite cartoons and letting the kids watch their tv from 8pm-10pm and after that they go to bed...I was thinking of a special TV, buying a special TV that will not turn on until is: 8pm and will go off at: 10pm...

I was thinking they come out at: 1pm by 2pm they are at home...From 2pm-5pm homework...From 5pm-7pm sleep...From 7pm-8pm working out...Stationary bicycle 4 times a week (specially the females) 2 days on weekdays and 2 days on weekends...From 8pm-10pm...TV and from 10pm-5:30am sleep...They go in at: 7:00am...On Weekends you wake them up at: 6am and let them do whatever they want to do from: 6am-10pm...Anyways....And raise them like that from kindergarden to: 12th grade...

You HAVE to do that because you live in a colder climate...Listen: TV is what makes kids fat and sugar too...
