I first thought of this like 7 years ago but didnt write it down....For the Pick5/39 you let:

1&2 equaled: 1

3 & 4 equaled: 2

5 & 6 equaled: 3

7 & 8 equaled: 4

9 & 10 equaled: 5

11 & 12 equaled: 6....

and so on until you reach to 39..You will noticed that the Pick5/39 is really a: Pick5/19....Now if you was to give: 10,000 people this information and let them play the: Pick5/19 and to pick5 numbers what will happened: 99.8% of those 10,000 people will choose the wrong number...Why is that....Why is it that whenever you are going to pick number the OPPOSITE of the numbers you pick play...IT HAPPENS 99.9% OF THE TIME...Why is that...

I think the explanation might be 4 things...

A.  Either Satan exists and he tricks you into choosing the wrong numbers...

B.  your preconcious somehow makes you pick the opposite numbers think about it as trying to drown yourself your body doesnt allow it...

C.  Something that will do that to you is WEED...Marihuana...Weed can trick your mind into thinking the oppositive (movie Solaris)....

D.  Is not hard to do but the lottery could be encrypting its game, it can happen (or the pre-tests)....So as to ellicit a particular numbers/combinations response from players looking at its website, it could be done with a supercomputer...Think of the movie the Bone Collector with Denzel Washington or those scary movies where the killer knows what the victims are going to do next...

You know pick4 the laws of randomness tells you that every 2 or 3 drawings 2 numbers should repeat from the previous drawings and it doesnt occur...Why...

This reminds me of crooks, if you do something wrong and you have to leave evidence they will ALWAYS leave the OPPOSITE EVIDENCE for you to think that the OPPOSITIVE person did it...Is always the oppositive...Is the rule of secrecy...

Tell me WHY IS IT THAT YOU PICK THE OPPOSITE LOTTERY NUMBERS ALL THE TIME TIME AFTER TIME...Why 99.8% of the 10,000 players even if they have to choose from 1-5 will pick the wrong numbers and is wrong because it should not be 99.8% but something like 62%....

So to correct this every number or the numbers that you feel like picking, pick the opposite numbers that you was going to pick....

NOTICE THAT IS ALWAYS 99.8% IS ALWAYS THAT RESULT....

For Pick4 you let:

99.8% will have: 2/5 or 3/5 numbers nobody will get the: 4/4 maybe 1 or 2 and 1 person will have the: 5/5...WHY IS THAT...That percentage is wrong...It should be like: 62%...WHY IS: 99.8%....

this might sound like science fiction also, but it could be a genetic link from our 1 common ancestor...

WHY IS: 99.8%...It shouldnt happen like that but it happens TIME AND TIME AGAIN EXPERIMENT AFTER EXPERIMENT...

Also: if you know you are going to get: 2 numbers....Take the combinations that you are going to pick and mix them up with other numbers those 3 numbers that you pick dont pick them mix them up with other numbers....

It could be blood pressure or been highly sensitive...

99.8% of people who pick their numbers and wheel them WILL GET A: 2/5 or: 3/5...And i am thinking, if you wheel your numbers whatever numbers you choose and you know you are going to get as an end result you are going to get a: 2/5 or 3/5...Why not take each combination take 2 at a time or 3 at a time, and mixed/weave them up with other numbers...

Is almost a 98% GUARANTEED, that you are going to get a: 2/5 or 3/5 so if you are going to get a 2/5 why not take those 2 numbers out of the combination and mixed them with other 3 numbers or take 3 numbers out of the combination and mixed them with 2 numbers out of more numbers... 

This is where lottery systems and lottery softwares should work on...YOU DIDNT believe me when i told you that: 100% of lottery softwares were OUTDATED, their system DONT WORK...THEY ARE BEHIND...

Also this doesnt have anything to do with this but people that like to play license plate numbers look at the license plate as:

1 & 6 = 1

2 & 7 = 2

3 & 8 = 3

4 & 9 = 4

5 & 0 = 5

look at it that way you will have better results...

I am looking at an old article and it says that the mach5 supercomputer does 25 trillion calculations per second i thought it was 6 trillion...Anyways 6 trillion divided by 12 = 500 billion calculations per second...

What i am trying to get to you is that the state lottery which gets like: 800 million PER YEAR could take: 10 million place it in the bank at: 5%: and for that year get: 500,000...Mach5 cost: 6 million...6 million divided by: 500,000 = 12...After that year is done, they withdraw their 10 million...And like nothing ever happened....And now they got a: Mach0.4 for: $500,000...Like nothing EVER HAPPENED...It didnt cost them a penny...So if they wanted to encrypt their game they could...Dude the one dreaming is not me is you...

Tell me dont casinos do whatever they can so that their games are not beaten...Dont you think the state lottery which gets more money than the casinos will do the same thing...

And with that same: $500,000 supercomputer they can make a replica of the internet like s replica of a mall or hack into your computer or find out about you....They could set it up where your computer and your computer only see the encrypted lottery numbers and nobody else does...Dude a supercomputer is like a server farm...Except that it didnt cost the lottery anything...

a lot of guys will say: i know computers and that´s not possible...Really what´s not possible...Your wife can´t cheat on you for 20 years and you never know it that´s not possible, that your kid has a secrent identity and he is einstein is not possible, stealth aircraft is not possible, ufos are not possible, big foot is not possible, breaking into your car with alarm is not possible, reaching to the moon is not possible,  what´s not possible...

Yeah it might be by law but they are doing that for their bussiness to keep the bussiness afloat...What does a lottery got to lose if they lose: 10 million for this year but that same 10 million will return to them next year...They are not losing anything...

i am talking about a mini supercomputer used by the people that work in the lottery...and you know something more wicked that they could do...they could placed those drawings on their page as to elicit a particular response and then they know before hand which one is the sort of speak: correct answer for that drawing even thought they are having an independent drawing, but they will know which one is the correct answer and they record people´s input and check which ones were close to the answer and ask the computer to calculate the pattern of the method/system used for that answer that was closed to the correct answer and build it into their collective making it harder to win and this way figure out all the possible systems out there for that game, basically they will be getting stronger and it also tells them how is the battle field, how much threats there is and if the game needs changing/replacing or not, like a chess game (dont know how to play chess but still), like they can gather possible strategies making them smarter and stronger....

they can even know from the supercomputer which numbers to play which days...
