Test certain drugs on certain people...Drugs that will not be permited to be tested in humans...What they could do????pound a particular drug and mix it in let´s say: orange juice or apple juice or whatever kind of juice...Give it to people and wait to see if there is some kind of reaction....They can intercept juice shipments, bribe local police/governments into not interfering and replace the drinks with a particular pharmaceutical drug, what they are doing is seeing if a particular drug will kill someone or if is safer to use on humans...They can do things you CANT IMAGINE...
