I am a senior and cost of living should take into acct the main factors which control the spending of retirement spending.
Housing
food
health care
other basic necessities.
If you leave out other non essential items the cost of living factor would paint a different picture.

Thanks JAP! Way too many of us baby boomers too old and sick to object ... they think.

Thanks Em! They seem to think we're doddering old drooling dust-farters just like those elderly characters portrayed in tv commercials.
