I was looking at: D.C 5 game and i thought, why not create a game like the D.C 5 game where the state chooses any winning combination it wants...But there is a catch...The winning combination is the time at which something occured or is like a riddle...It makes it more exciting...And for publicity stuns....

Remember the state lottery selects the combination it wants but is with compliance with the the riddle of events that happen...Such a game makes it more interesting to play...It spice up the game...

also D.C 5 game can be viewed as a clock: for instance: 32323 can be viewed as: 3 pm:23minutes: 23 seconds...

And there is: 3PM and there is: 3 AM...
