What if every purchase you had to make to buy groceries or food only for groceries of food require a card, a card with a chip that collects information everytime is swiped and records how much food items you are buying...And if t he card notices that you are exceeding a particular item that will make you fat or make you gain weight, the card doesnt go through or cances or denies you from buying a particular item or items...To cut down on certain food comsuptions...But is only for food to fight obesity....

If you want to buy something for someone else that someone else has to give you his/her card...
