Latin America i found a system that could potentially make you make: $300 million dollars PER YEAR on the Pick3 or Pick4 but it cost money and is a little theoretical, you could possibly make: $300 million per year specially if your country has Aggreggate money on Pick3 & Pick4...

What i did was open an email account under a bogus name and I sent it to different high schools & universities in Latin America and Asia & the Carribbean, many times i will send it to kindergarden schools why just to laugh inside, to show that i have a good sense of humor and because everytime you send an email more than likely it ends up in the bulk mail and NOBODY READS THE BULK FOLDERS of your email...I will send it to kindergarden schools as a way of saying: LOOK, LOOK, DUDE LOOK look what happens because you sort of have an EMBARGO ON EMAILS you sort of have everyone in a cage...I´ve been sending it to kindergarden schools for years, to prove i have a good sense of humor....And i remember before they didnt have bulk folders or there wasnt any of that stuff of spam...

What i am trying to say is: DONT FORGET WHERE YOU LIVE...I dont care how rich your country is: DONT FORGET WHERE YOU LIVE...You see your countrymen and possibly government is mentally sick...

You know when i was living in the USA you know what i sometimes will do?? i´ll find bussinesses out of town and i will ask for their snail mail address come home and send them: powerful systems 1 or 2 times i sent them winning Pick4 tickets...then later i will call them and ask them if they got a particular package i will tell them that i sent it to them by mistake...It will never get there or they didnt get it...AND THIS IS THE USA...lol...

For year i will get into chatrooms and make friends from different countries just for the purpose of sending emails just to see if it will reach them and they will not reach them...

After all ask yourself, will you have sex with a super hot blonde if she was naked and asking you to do her and your wife divorced you and you had: 2 years without sex...Dont want to know the answer....

Another reason why i want to be rich it will upset so many people....

Plus your countrymen/country brethen is mentally sick...Everytime i surf the internet i see some form of mental sickness...You got governments who believe in AIRSPACE and they will apply it to the internet specially a: $300 or $700 million or 3 billion dollars information coming through the internet...There are governments spying on phone calls and internet not saying that they shouldnt but once they see such an information they will stay with it....Dude...dont forget WHERE YOU LIVE...

Plus dont forget that in latin America there is like a tradition different from the USA where the president or heads of state supposed to be the richest man in the land....Not just that: the richest people in your country they are all the time fighting and there is trenches and tribes both in the rich community as well as in the poor community...And since the rich community are the ones in power and sort of speak i am not going to let $200 million or $3 billion dollars information pass through my country and go to a nobody loser poor person and i am the richest person in this country...Cant let that happen...Please dont forget WHERE you live...I HOPE you UNDERSTAND...Is not just with the lottery it could be with Stock Market information, the Forex, 2 billion dollar Global lotto, anything, etc....I dont know how they are going to do when they have the: 1 or 2 Billion dollar Global lotto....

plus i dont like the idea of spending $100 to send emails to: 1 million people and it go to the bulk folders...Plus that´s 1 million only in 1 country....Countries have more than 1 million people...

i have been doing this for years...Dude i dont care: IN WHAT Latin America country or the Carribbean country you live there are tribes in your country...

And once you have that information: the milk stars spoiling every 2 days, cans of beans repeatedly start having pieces of rocks...everything starts going up in your country....It didnt happened before...Stuff i am talking about...Again had it been a: 1 billion dollar Forex or Stock Market information se viene abajo un pais or various paises...

Also your countrymen and country breathen is so mentally sick that if: Santa Claus sent you: a $700,000 gift information on your email they will intercept it take it for themselves and if they feel sympathy give you: $50,000 but they expect to sleep with your wife or kids...Sad reality...PLEASE...DONT FORGET WHERE YOU LIVE....I dont care HOW rich your country is: DONT FORGET WHERE YOU LIVE...For crying out loud this happened in the USA, THE USA...It also happened in the USA MILITARY, THE USA MILITARY...

You know MANY of times i simpathize with people who send suspicious stuff on the snail mail...Dude i dont care if is Fed Ex or UPS...

Dont forget that: Countries are above cartels so the potential that Countries have its limitless...Is you along agaisnt a country not just 1 but several...

It will not surprise if your email there is something an email account attached to your email and it intercepts YOUR emails is read by someone and then minutes later it is send to you if it doesnt have a turkey of information on it....

sorry to tell you this but they sort of have you in a CAGE...So LATIN AMERICA i hope you understand...

plus you got: HORSE BETTING, car racing betting on your neck where that information can be use also spying on you who are very powerful...

However i have to say something....Notice in the title i said: ¨MAYBE IS YOUR GOVERNMENT¨, look at the word: ¨MAYBE¨...When i say government i refer to a country...Anyways countries are above cartels, If cartels can do magic, how much more countries...Countries can have: i mean vast, vast companies as far as the eyes can see working on this project, on anything they like...Cartels & countries are the ones that can crack the Stock Market or the Forex or 1 or 2 billion dollar lottos...Countries can, Cartels can too that´s if they are onboard...So they will not have no need for this....But still you never know....

Also this is a message to China...The Stock Market only has: 20,000 stocks yet the USA Stock Market is bigger than any stock market on Earth in options...And i am hearing that China is projected to overcome the USA in 20, 30 or 40 years with 1 billion people???You better INCREASE your stock market in option because is a: GREAT VULNERABILITY, a BIG VULNERABILITY....If is Pick3 Stock Exchange is fine but because the Stock Market is so INTERTWINED with a countries Economy and so intertwined with the global economy a big hit to China Stock Market can derrail or bring down the economies of many countries periodically causing multiples Global Economic Crisis periodically over and over....

And the population of China is: 1.3 Billion in 20 or 30 or 40 years it will be: 1.6 or 1.8 billion almost 2 billion...And Chinese are not necessarily: HUMAN if you know what i mean I.Q wise...Not just that: China is Communist, you know how many people/countries want to bring it down...Just so you know...I understand you are trying to attract people/investors into China but is also a: National Security Breach....If China is going to surpase the USA it has to have more: Stocks in its Stock Market than the USA Stock Market....

I hope you understand i cant send this nowhere else...I cant send it to countries´s newpapers because may God not so wish and they publish it and the government knows you know the drill, game changes...
