Yep....And I forgot Population size...And the price of real estate...
Because it depends how much someone has after payday that it will determine how much they bet...And this is the reason why Jackpots in the USA are higher than any country.....
this also says: what will be the profits/consumption of alcohol, how much food consumption there will be, etc...
Also there is a: Fraction that i think economist will know that WOULD dictates what plays on pick3 & pick4 and how much the jackpot will be in Jackpot games...That´s in Pick3/Pick4 they play numbers based on how many people play a particular number...The part of the government to study this stuff will know....
