No not by someone cracking it with 1 ticket but by many super rich/wealthy people playing...I dont care if they add 2, 3, 5 extra numbers to increase the matrix, it can be shut down...Well i dont know if the correct word is shut down what i am trying to say is: There can be: winners who claim 4.5 million or 8.8 million dollars on the Pick3/Pick4 EVERY DAY FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR...Whether wealthy individuals will do it is another matter but it can happen...
