Obama's and his tele-prompter have had a year and a half ....... congress is still the same bunch of Democrats that were in power during the Bush administration, only now a super majority so they've had plenty of time to make corrections they deemed appropriate. Oh and Obama was a senator before becoming president so he was an insider who opposed drilling so apparently knew a great deal about the situation. Or maybe he just opposed it because he is a leftist. Anyway he had plenty of time to figure things out.

Blaming Bush isn't working. Obama and the Democrats were holding it when it broke. Period.
