Well i dont know if rain water will be enough but if it is, what if you collect water from all the roofs of all the houses of a country and collect water send it through pipes through a: energy/electricity company for electricity and this way have energy like for sections of a country without light....And people who contribute where it rained get a bonus i dont know...

Listen i dont know who this is going to benefit but there are people that: DONT LIKE YOU THAT DIDNT WANT THIS POSSIBLE...

Snow should be something of the past...What do they do when they collect snow, i bet them dump it in some huge hole or somewhere or something...

I owe this particular idea to a black guy who was a painter and had a yellow sweater (the electricity part)...About the snow i owe it to a truck who i saw discharging cartons of milk to a semi-supermarket....The carton had a star on it...One of the guys even took 1 carton of milk and dumped it on the thrash he said: WHAT THE HECK IS THAT¨translated is: Que Demonios es esto....

One of the older man said: Pero a mi no se me paga...

Then when i was coming back a little kid was grabing to leg of her mother and said: No por favor no, is been like: 15 years since i seen a guy cry like that to his mother...And the mother was saying: Sweltame or something like that...
