"Holder Admits to Not Reading Arizona's Immigration Law Despite Criticizing It

"Despite repeatedly voicing concerns about Arizona's new immigration enforcement law in recent weeks and threatening to challenge it, Attorney General Eric Holder said Thursday he has not yet read the law -- which is only 10 pages long.

"I have not had a chance to -- I've glanced at it," Holder said at a House Judiciary Committee hearing when asked by Rep.Ted Poe, R-Texas whether Holder has read the state law cracking down on illegal immigrants.

"I'll give you my copy of it if you would like," Poe responded.

Holder told reporters last month that he fears the new law is subject to abuse and that the Justice Department and the Homeland Security Department are in the midst of conducting a review. ......."

Thanks Jarasan! Looks like he could have read 10 pages before testifying before the Judiciary Committee. Had Ashcroft done the same thing people would still be protesting.

He hasn't even read the 10-page law, yet he fears it would be subject to abuse. Every law the Fed is passing is subject to abuse and about 100 times longer to read.

This guy could be the poster boy for typifying the gross incompetence of the whole 'gang that couldn't shoot straight' that is running our country.

Testifying at a House Judiciary Hearing about a law he has condemned but hasn't even taken the time to read its ten pages - unbelievable.

This would make one hell of an SNL comedy script if it wasn't so out-freaking-rageous. And it WOULD be on SNL if it had occurred under the Bush administration. And Jon Stewart would be spending hours on it also.

God help us make it to November and to 2012.

Thanks Rdgrnr! Couldn't agree with you more. They all know what they're doing which is dismantling the US while banksters loot everything worthwhile. Read their long term goal has been to collapse us then swoop in to pick our bones pennies on the dollar.
