For Small Boats and the ones that cost: less than: $500,000: Boats that never sink

Does a tire float in water, i am talking: Rubber of tires not the tire itself....I think the tire itself will sink because of its shape but the material that tires are made off i dont think it will sink....If it sink that´s fine...I was thinking, why not take those small fishing boats and the boats that cost less than: $500,000 and below it put a saussage type of rubber or of a material that is very buoyant...Or get an aluminum tube looking like a sassuage fill it up with air but place several layers of aluminum and seal it to the bottom of small boats and boats that cost: $500,000 that way when they capsize they will never sink, they just capsize...

maybe pour some water on it a little bit of water so that the saussauge aluminum can can sink just a little...

even if the: 500,000 boats sink for watever reason because of the large saussage aluminum can it will stay afloat for the saussage aluminum can buoyancy is greater or should be greater than the weight of the boat...
