WOrking Out Advices that Need to Happen...

advice#1 = Construction workers wear boots, want to know something those boots dont fit well with your feet, they give BACK PAIN....And then because you have been working from 6am to 7pm 10 years later you have back problems and your wife leaves you if you know where i am going for ¨NOT MEETING REQUIREMENTS¨....If you have to take out a: 50 cents a month INSURANCE if something was to happen to your feet which rarely happens....You are trying to play machon man and then you have to observes how a stranger kills 300 dogs per hour infront of your eyes...

Advice#2:  HOME Fitness Trainers:  There ought to be many fitness trainers who come to your house/home to help you work out (dude stop dirandotela de macho and listen to me in that cold climate, DUDE LISTEN for her or for you), Anyone can be a trainer any skinny person out there who works out a lot can be a trainer...And there needs to be more of this because it takes: 40 minutes to get to a gym and 40 minutes to come back and you lasted: 30 minutes or 1 hour on the gym...that´s almost: 3 hours lost...

Advice#3:  JOBS/EMPLOYMENT BOSS: TAKE A FITNESS VACATION: There ought to be a law where bosses when they see you are gaining weight, they tell you: Jimmy you are gaining weight, take a vacation and go and work out....Sorry to say this but: FAT PEOPLE SHOULD BE DISCOURAGED from getting employment...If fat people see that you are skinny to get a job, they will think twice and start working out...Same thing with getting a promotion...

Advice#4: Dr. Cholls/Sholls: They are too thin, they need to make it thicker (and i thought about this for years)....Now they are looking whether your feet has archest or not...NOT IMPORTANT...make the Dr. Sholls feet sheet/plant THICKER, it cost more that´s fine and they are also under the impression that everyone is thin that´s why they make those feet sheet/plant so thin....

Advice#5: Heel: They need to dissappear from this planet, like when going to work, heels need to dissappear from this planet....They also give back problems...But i think that women dont feel the back problem that much because they weigh less and probably they have less bone density in the spinal column than men...

Advice#6  Marriage/Significan other: Sorry to tell you but if you are married or with someone as significan other you pick up weight is like drag....If you are very skinny and you see that she is gaining weight, tell her to work out if you REALLY LOVE HER....

Advice#7: Mirrors:  Destroy all big mirrors in your home only keep a small...have you seen that movie Solaris, with George Clooney remember the woman in there how she dissappears all the time....That´s what a mirror does to you, and the cutter you are the worse it gets...

Advice#8: Sugar, Salt & Spices is Cocaine: YES IT IS, and MAYBE MORE WORSE OR AS WORSE AS COCAINE: There ought to be a: regulatory Government Agency that constantly checks bussinesses sugar sweetness across a country/state...And you know they dont use their heads because if something was sweetened let´s say: 20% and something else was sweetneed 50% the item that is sweetneed 50% will be consumed: ONCE, while that same item if it was sweetneed 20% it will be consumed: TWICE OR THREE TIMES, to get the kick....

Advice #9: There needs to be someone who comes to your home and wakes you up early in the morning i am talking at: 6am or 5am...Most people that dont work get up at: 8am, 9am, 10am....If you get up at: 10am you just lost: 4 or 5 hours that you could had used to work out: 20 minutes...And they get up a: 9am or 10am EVERYDAY....Hours lost....

Advice#10: When working out at a gym and doing weights if you decide to do them...Do less weight and more repetitions than more weight and less repetions....More weights and less repetions all it does is: Te Hincha it Swells you up, that´s ALL IT DOES...

Advice #11: Working out 3 times a week (which is recomended)...Only if you are FAT/OBESE...If you are: VERY SKINNY you dont need to work out 3 times a day...Why i say this...Because a skinny person can ANYTIME PICK UP WORKING OUT and become a superman on it/star on the field...However if you live in a colder regions it might change a little...What i am trying to say is:  A skinny person can pick up working out, and lose more weight than anything (is easier to lose: 15 pounds than it is: 60)....What you should tell a skinny person is to EAT RIGHT which they do 3 times a day...

Advice#12:  Schools need to focus on DISCIPLINE, highlight or look for: DISCIPLINE in students...50% intelligence and 50% DISCIPLINE....And look for 75% more discipline in female students than in male students...Women say they are more disciplined than men yeah but you also weigh less...

Advice#13: Wear the Ankle Weights to Work...

Advice#14: TV on Threadmills: Threadmills need to come with a TV infront of it and some ankle & wrist weights for those that like to walk on threadmills....Maybe Cisco System TV where you can see another person somewhere else....

Advice#15: I cant remember well my microbiology class but i heard in that class (read it) that, animal ticks like dog ticks can carry a special virus that if is in your blood it can hit the immune system very hard, causing the excretion of a particular hormone causing you to gain weight...I say this because i think that: 50% of people in the USA have dogs or cats...I cant remember very well you should look into it...

Advice#16: The Key you know where the Key lies???It lies in the breaking point...Every person that was fat was once skinny if you can get them like by law or with force that at the point where a person can easily lose weight, that´s better but if you let her/him pass that point where later is going to be very difficult to lose weight...So tackling him at the point where he can return easily to be skinny....This along with advice #2....

Advice#17: You get Crisco, the fat slob/bar but you get a huge block of it, 20 inches long by 20 inches wide, a HUGE ONE [because that´s what fat is], then you get a cloth a large cloth of rubber band 1 meter long [because that´s what the skin is] and wrap the crisco slab on it....Maybe keep the crisco slab in a colder room i dont know...And you ask yourself: How can i apply something to the rubber band without burning it that will melt the crisco slab at the other end...You are replicating the human body....Or you can go to a Morgue and buy human fat, experiment with it use it instead of the crisco fat bar/block....
