Do you know those countries how many people it has: 195 MILLION PEOPLE...The numbers next to the countries are the amount of population....

I have a better Idea....The problem with the Billionaire Lotto going to 1 person is that that person gets married, half his fortune goes to his wife, ransom, etc, etc, etc...

Each Roullette winner will win: 3 Billion dollars each, however...You take the: 6 billion dollars placed in the bank earning interests at 5%....With the: $300 million Million coming your way every year...$50 Million will go to the person winner every year for 5 years, the other 5 years of those $50 Million will go to charity of the winner nation [is $50 Million per year for 5 years] and the other 5 years it will go towards charity of another country besides the winner nation and the other 5 years the other $50 million will go to charity of another country besides the winner country...The other: 250 Million per year will go to the: COUNTRY WINNER for ever....And is like having a: LOTTERY....many countries lotteries generates like: $300 million to 600 million per year from lottery....And this lottery will cost: $5 to play....The person who wins will win: $250 Million dollars in installments for 5 years...The country of the winner will get: $250 Million
every year as though they had a lottery and $250 million towards charity in the winner country...And 2 other countries each will receive: $250 Million towards charity....

If you could raise the stakes to: 9 billion or 12 Billion every year, then the country winner will win: $600 Million dollars PER YEAR as oppose to only: $250 Million forever....

Or you could make where: $250 million is won by the person of the country in yearly installments, then $250 million per year goes to the winner nation, then, $250 million goes to charity to another country not winner of the group, then $250 million will also go to charity to another country not winner of the group in yearly installments BUT instead of giving $250 million you give: $150 million to charity and $100 Million to Outsiders but what you do is that to outsiders (outsiders from the group countries from any country) Instead of costing: $10 the ticket it will cost outsiders: $12 the ticket and the: $2 extra is used for charity....If you can make this type of Powerball type of Roullette Game to play twice a year or every: 4 months it will be perfect...But you have to start somewhere...
