Hypothesis...The moon is TOO BIG FOR THE EARTH...Uranus and neptune which are almost the size of the earth their moons are not the size of our moon...

Plus since a kid i was told: 2 magnets of the same charge repel each other, dont know if that occurs with celestial bodies...If our moon, its size is to big for this planet Earth you bet is going to repel even more, eventually distancing itself from our planet...

The moon is receding about 2 inches every year. This is due to the erosion of the Earth's magnetic field, or hold on the moon. In Earth's early days,the moon was 10 times closer.
