I was reading one of Moses topics here and the idea hit me...Why not look at the lottery this way:

for instance:

09 - 11 - 12 - 21 - 26

12 - 16 - 18 - 27 - 30

08 - 21 - 26 - 36 - 39

13 - 15 - 17 - 23 - 33

13 - 19 - 26 - 27 - 29

01 - 02 - 30 - 31 - 32

19 - 20 - 26 - 33 - 38

12 - 16 - 20 - 30 - 39

instead of looking at those numbers that way why not look at the numbers this way:

09 - 11 - 12 - 21- -26-12-16-18-27-30-08-21-26-36-39-13-15-17-23-33-13-19-26-27-29-01-02-30-31-32

-19-20-26-33-38-12-16-20-30-39....and son on and so on...

That way is easier for a supercomputer or computer to read it and you could form a sequence, a particular sequence/series...And you could compare a week sequence/series to another week series/sequence of that month or different month or year...That way it will be easier to look at it mathematically....
