Thanks Sully! Not a member of the Tea Party ... did not attend that rally or any rally .... but those folks look like the salt of the earth to me. The speaker, Herman Cain, fills in for Neal Boortz when he's out of town. If memory serves me he ran for the US senate a few years back.

If they had stopped panning the camera back and forth I'd a finished watching it. Thanks Konane. P.S. you don't need a card or pay dues to be a tea partay member!

Thanks Jarasan! I think they wanted to show the audience composition which is why the guy panned the camera.

I was a Perot voter and a Reform Party card carrying member..... am without reservation a Fair-Tax proponent...... so maybe a TEA Partier at heart.

you'll never see a tea partier standing on someones porch scaring a 14 year old. People want to hear whats going on and get the issues, the states have a way of sneaking up on tax payers real fast. I think Mich is going to be in for a rude awakening come election time. we have, I think 68 chapters.

Thanks Sully! People in general are waking up, seeking information about what's going on and it's about time. I've watched complacency, apathy over the years deliver us to where we are. If we have any appreciation for the opportunities this nation was given by the Founding Fathers it's time to become politically aware and vote accordingly.
