Do you see the pipe fitting that has a: T on it on a Cross on it...Create one..DARN CUTT IT IN HALF vertically make it have thick screws holes put it in place and screw it...Let the top outlet have inside ridges like a bolt nut dont let the big pipe ridges have sides outlet...Bring a heavy pipe a long heavy pipe miles long with ridges on 1 end like a bolt also let this long pipe have sides projections that a machine could grab and rotate...And the 1 of the end of the mile long pipe with the ridges on it and insert it into the big pipe fitting and just rotate....And let the oil gush to the surface of the ocean...Get oil tankers ships and fill them up or do what you want with it, OR get a: one of these:

but a thick one and screw it shut...All you got to do is rotate and get it shut...But let the head of the thick short screw have a different dimension at its head that way you could close it shut....

if you could also bore a hole crossing the pipe and have a thick short screw with spring/shock aborbers rod go inside the hole of the burst pipe and the spring rod of the screw once it reaches the horizontal hole it will lock shut and the screw will be in place shutting the whole...(i think this is the best option)....the shock absorbers springs in the short screw will be squeezed so they can go in into the hole and they just spring up once they come in contact with the 2 holes at the side of the pipe...

or get a huge very thick pipe fitting without no escape cut it in half let it have holes on it and then screw on the sides with bolts....
