Jarasan wouldn't common sense regular law prevail in which when someone comes into court with 'dirty hands' namely the Democratic party for not vetting him correctly, they lose? If the Democratic party was derelict in their duty to make sure Obama was a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN via a long form birth certificate which has never been shown, failing to refute other evidence that he was in fact adopted and became a citizen of Indonesia as a child, sealed college transcripts, sealed selective service records, etc., then it would follow that they forfeit the election totally and the opponent be granted the win?

Clean law is common sense and logical.
