is a HUGE PRESSURE, HUGE PRESSURE, can lead to suicide, high blood pressure, heart murmor, high cholesterol, murder...For instance if you have: $50 Million you cant get angry, is like having 10, M16 Riffle in your house/home...You also become like a magnet/black hole attracting other people´s wife which could lead to them trying to harm you and you fighting back and consequently a murder occurs...Can also lead to sexually transmitted diseases, you are attractive to your friend(s), best friend girlfriend/wife ect, ect....

So, jackpot winners will need psychological testing and psychological monitoring before and after they win a jackpot....

in many small island countries if you win: $100 Million or $50 Million you are the richest guy in that country, you sort of become Bill Gates..If you share the jackpot wrongly with your family some of your family members may end up disliking you....

again is a HUGE PRESSURE....

No because when someone wins it's their money, their private assets, their private property and they can buy with it whatever they want, use it as they see fit. Free will and choice, good or bad they're responsible for decisions they make.
