I'm tired of the anchor babies myself, we americans foot the bill for the prenatal , hospital, followup , immunizations, for these kids ...in the mean time my co-pay goes up and alot of these people become eligible for WIC , NOW THEY ARE IN THE WELFARE SYSTEM....NO MORE...I'M SICK OF WATCHING PEOPLE TO LAZY TO LEARN OUR LANGUAGE WALTZ IN AND EAT BETTER THAN ME. WE ALREADY HAVE ENOUGH WELFARE ABUSE FROM AMERICANS DON'T NEED IT FROM FOREIGNERS.

Heres one for you.
If my wife and I live in a foriegn country and can not enter the united states to live because of the lengthy paper work. My wife and I both have passports for traveling. My wife becomes pregnant so towards the end of the pregnanacy my wife and I purchase airfare to the U S. We come to the U S and stay on our visit long enough until she gives birth in the U S.
Does that give us the right to forever live in the U S? We are here legaly traveling but she gave birth in the U S.
The last I knew when a child is born in most countries other than the parents home country gives that child dual citizenship.

Agree with both comments. We need to look at how other nations treat visiting births by non citizens in their respective countries and update our own laws accordingly.
