Unfortunately one sound was left off the list. This sound should be number one on anyone's "Annoying" list. That is the sound of a lottery player upon seeing the first ball drop down the chute and he/she realizes the number is not one he/she picked.

For me it's a three way tie between the tone, note, sound ... of Hillary Clinton and Martha Stewart's speaking voices and Whitney Houston's singing voice. First two have perfect enunciation, Whitney has perfect note control so guess it's just my ears.
