Now if you was to create aconglomerate of small islands countries and countries with half a million population, and certain countries provinces who also have: half a millionpeople [actually it can be from 400,000 to 700,000 people], and cities who have: 400,000 to 700,000 people if you can create aconglomerates of them of: 100 of them [100 small island countries, and countrieswith half a million people and certain countries provinces with half a millionpeople, and cities], if you can create 100 of them, they will be: 50 millionpeople...The population of what used to be: Powerball is 67 million but 140 provinces for example is too much...If you can make it work to: 50 million then you will be doing superb....And dont forget this are money that got to be shared by provinces....Also, listen the USA has 50 states and it has a huge stock market...If you can create like a conglomerate of Stock Market, 1 Single Stock Market or Powerball or whatever between these: 100 provinces, it will be superb...It could be Powerball it could be a Stock Market, it could be a game, it could be a Powerball Stock Market [which is the best option], it could be a: Game Stock Market [which is the best option also], card games, sport games, video games, board games [awesome] etc, etc, etc, more than what it is more important is that it needs to be created ....Anyway you get the idea...And after all, dude you are the one who makes the last call....

Now if you was to let the price of each ticket cost: $5, then it will go up every jackpot by $10 Million x 5 = $50 Million and it will play twice a week....For instance in 1 week it will be: $100 Million....All, 100 provinces, cities will receive: $50 Milllion a year...I think every state in Powerball receives: $50 Million from Powerball and those are states with 4, 5, 8 million people, those are entire states/countries....Think about it as having scratchoffs in provinces/cities....
