They KNOW the Louisiana Coast is prone to natural disasters...I am SICK and tired of hearing the SAME PLACE bleed because they only throw money at the problem but they dont FIX IT...Every 3 years that area bleeds...What´s the population of the state of Louisiana????You bet there is going to be another KATRINA, maybe in 8 years or 10 years and is going to end up costing the Federal Government: $105 Billion dollars AGAIN...But had you FIX THE <snip> problem those $100 Billion could had gone towards, the Midwest for Tornadoe Alley and this way the USA doesnt bleed anymore, and just have to worry about Florida for the Hurricane....I am tired of hearing about that Darn Louisiana State...
