It appears the "five worst" list will have Mass Millions replaced by the upcoming Pennsylvania "Lucky for Life". The ironic thing about the new PA game is that the PA Lottery funds senior citizens' programs, whereas they won't truly benefit from PLAYING "Unlucky for Life".

You know Mass Megabucks $uck$ (dare I call it Megasucks) when a 94-year-old woman is forced to receive her jackpot through an annuity.
