BP should be fined for every single dead animal.

Thanks Sully ! Also think MMS should be fined equally because they were supposed to be fixed by Salazar via direction from Obama so bear just as much blame. Additionally Obama turned down help from other nations citing the Jones Act so the buck also stops at the top of the food chain.

Obama was holding it when it broke.
