USA i know you try to be number 1 in everything, however, FOCUS ON MEDICINE & MEDICAL RESEARCH focus on human health, medicine, immunology, cell biology, bacteriology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical, microbiology....PLEASE focus, concentrate on that...There is a GIGANTIC gap in that area...Brazil, India, China, Germany, Mexico, Indonesia, Japan, Phillipines, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Turkey, South Africa, Canada, England, Sweeden, France, half of Russia, Poland, Spain, Venezuela, Nigeria, South Africa, USA Please Concentrate in that field...That´s a HUGE MONSTER, A HUGE ONE that very little attention is paid too...For your own good and the welfare of this planet...Concentrate on that field from now ´til FOREVER...This is worth more than ALL OF THE USA STOCK EXCHANGES....

But focus more on medicine and disease that can not be PREVENTED...For instance, high blood pressure can be prevented, how??? work out, and eat right [however make an exception with high blood pressure because it affects almost the entire global population] but focus on ailments that can not be prevented like the ones by virus and stuff like that, but dont neglect the rest of ailments/diseases....Medicine and cell biology and human health, medicine, immunology, cell biology, bacteriology is a HUGE MONSTER THE SIZE OF the monster in the movie: GODZILLA....
