Theory: Why could rain be making people, babies & the elderly sick: There is so much Bacteria and viruses in the air and they are not necessarily transparent...So when it rains, water nocks them down and bring them down...Imagine if there were so many mosquitoes everywhere in the air in any place you go and it began to rain, it will bring them down...And who knows what kinds of bacterias and viruses are there and you could be breathen them, absorbing them through your pores and it makes you even more sicker...Just a Theory....

Dude there is more bacteria in the air than there is numbers to count or calculate...And there is a MYRIAD/Encyclopedia of bacterias/viruses and ones unknown yet because they are way up there in the air....

and something i realized also is: If elderlies or babies/little kids say something helps or doesnt help the body or an advise against helping not to get sick is true, their bodies are more sensitive than average person...

to a virus and bacteria because they are so small if 1 raindrop of water fell on it is like imagine that you could fly and ontop of you fell a ship it will nock you down and bring you down with it until you hit the ground same thing with the virus/bacteria....

Wild Hypothesis: Sun Rays Not from the Ecuator & Diseases:  So not only do you have rain that could potentially make you sick, but i remember reading that the Sun Rays of Upper latittudes in the northern and southern hemisphere hit people with Stronger intensity and are inclined, and i remember that the sun UV rays that comes from sunrays and oxygen are the 2 things that weakens the DNA, i would think that if it weakens the DNA it will also by dominoe effect weaken the immune system causing you to be more prone to diseases and like how i the northern hemisphere and possibly the southern hemisphere in a particular season receives more daylight all the way to 9pm go figure, causes this areas to be more prone to sickness....And take into account the tilting of the Earth Axis....And if it weakens the immune system what if it makes you more fat...Just a hypothesis....I would mean that this areas will have more sick people of course there is medicine i am just saying.....

Surgeons Breathing Masks: You see those breathing masks that surgeons put on their faces, what if you make everyone who enters a hospital wear one...To prevent people from dying from diseases they caught in the hospital....Save the ENTIRE USA Hospital Arsenal like: 100 Billion dollars in lawsuits every year....At the door everyone who enters a hospital gets one...I think it will slow down on infections....

People on Death Row: Medicine & Pharmaceutical Trials Option: What if every person on death row you you give him 2 options: You tell him, we are not going to kill you but you will be a: lab & Experiment rat sort of speak for experimental medical and pharmaceutical trials and you stay in prison forever and you dont kill him/her...Dude you can not be using rats all the time...dozens of millions of people die in the USA ALONE because a medicine didnt work in China like: 40 Million, so now that´s: 50 Million people that have died....That´s Genocide....People on death row can also donate: BLOOD....
