You know sorry to tell you this, but hospitals can be bought, they are made out of people...You know in hospital people that got: pneumonia, bronchitis, h1n1, certain fevers, a whole bunch of diseases produced by: high toxic germs....Well the stuff those people who have those diseases, the stuff they used most be disposed off, most be thrown in some thrash, ect...Well anyone can PAY the personnel handling the thrash to pass a certain thrash their way, people do this in AIRPORTS...The same thing can happened in a hospital...Also the AIR ventilation system and the air exhaust pipe of a hospital anyone if you know what i mean could grab a plastic bag if you know what i mean and grab the air out of it....

Once they isolated the toxic material carry it to a clandestine lab, isolate the toxic germ and play with it and start experimenting with it to create a SUPERBUG....

Or hack into a hospital mainframe or network directly or indirectly, find out who has what go to their home get their keys and when they are not there replace the contaminated material for a cloned clean one, and steal the contaminated material....
