Thanks Jade! Am very happy with that ruling, but we know they'll keep trying to do an end run around it.

They will never get our guns.....ever ever ever.

Thanks Jade! Seems that sentiment is being echoed around the county by law abiding owners.

Only in liberal-land do you take away the right to bear arms from law abiding citizens ....... then expect gang-bangers, drug runners, car-jackers, armed home invaders and drive-by murderers to play by those nitwit outta-touch-with-reality rules.

Thanks Sully!   Seems if we'd elected someone more moderate than Obama and his Chicago-way ruling style such as Hillary, then we wouldn't have been jolted awake quite to the extent we are now. Therefore they may have been able to chip away at our rights a bit slower as we dozed in complacency and misplaced trust.

went to the tea party web site, the page where you can order anti-ob tees has been shut down.
what does that half to do with war? trying to navigate the tea party web pages are tough, looks like they are afraid of us.

Chicago is a prime example of why gun bans don't work. Criminals don't obey the law...they are criminals.

Thanks Sully! Anything that might vote out the status quo is perceived as a challenge and labeled accordingly.

Thanks Rick! Agree and it's true anywhere it's been tried.

I'm happy to see our Constitutional rights being upheld, albeit by 1 vote.

Home invasions went way way up in other countries such as Australia when they outlawed guns. Those ppl have warned us.

Thanks Jarasan! Yes this one is sweet .... and may there be many more such as lower taxes, smaller government ..... all the stuff that needs to be done to get this nation moving again.

Thanks TigerAngel! All we have to do is read the news to know what's happened in Great Britain and Australia both.

I don't own a gun - but believe in my right to do so if I want.

Thanks Em! Am happy that part of the Constitution is still intact.
