Why not thought of this in the Louisiana Oil Spill...

Oil FLOATS RIGHT....Why not create a: Fence in the sea and use as the fence a mesh...And at the bottom get an aluminum tube fill it up with some water and put the fence...I thought about this a week and a half ago but forgot to mentioned it....

Water should seep through that mesh but oil will stay....It will be like a sailing but but the mast will be made out of a mesh like showned on the picture and instead of a raft is a sausage tube filled with water that will make the tube sink and eached tube is linked in...Owed this idea to an oyster fisherman who came on tv...or create a giant net like the mesh on the link...To contained the oil....
The mesh on the link is made out of metal...
