Haven't seen it elsewhere yet, but saw a blog today stating that he just signed into law (or decree) a plan to cut oil refinery capacity by 33% using the EPA as a henchman. This is, once again, blackmailing the American public to accept his cap'n trade nonsense (he and Gore didn't establish the Chicago carbon exchange for nothing...he's committed). Meanwhile, start saving money for future gas prices.

This government-by-blackmail style has got to stop. Nothing short of tyranny.
