YOu should eat what: JAPAN EATS and JAPAN should eat what YOU EAT...Orientals are skinny by nature and THEY LIVE IN A HOTTER REGIONS OF THE WORLD, hotter hemisphere...

Countries that live in the COLD HEMIPHERE or COLDER LATITUDES should eat Japanese food because you live where the COLD IS...DUDE LISTEN...Nordic Countries, Russia you should eat Japanese Diets...To compensate...You exercise less than Japanese or Orientals they live where the hotter latitudes are you dont....Is not the same...
