This is for the FEMALE GENDER...Women stay mostly at home, while is that man that goes to work...Did you know that a woman who stays at home all day, WALKS LIKE 1.5 MILES IN HER OWN HOME, EVERYDAY, taking breaks of course too...Maybe, 2 miles....I am talking, EVERY SINGLE DAY OF THE YEAR...Moving here, going here, going there...If you could capture that energy and transform it into fitness there probably be no obesity....I dont know, ankle weights, or wrist weights, or vest weight, or walking with tiny small dumbells, or a bookbag with some weight on it, what ever it is...Dude, this is, EVERYDAY OF HER LIFE FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE she will be doing this...
You know how much blood pressure and blood sugar lowering that is...
Can someone please email forward this to the, Global Medical Association, the American Medical Association and to Gold´s Gym and to the Global Fitness Association....
