Something that worries me about walking with ankle weights though is that the human body is like a structure with pressure points and weak points, it has evolved that way and by you, walking with the ankle weights those presure points are off balanced, and who knows if the body or the brain by been off balance will create a: Wave that sweeps all the body and this wave could cause the cells to go haywire, or start, multiplying uncontrollably or release something is not suppose to.....But i am not going to lie to you, there are people out there who will give you cancer, put something on your drink or food...There are particles that cause cancer and those are the KNOWN ONES...The unknown ones they are, unknown to people or just a few people know about them or have access to them....

it could weaken your, immune system...Example, create a structure out of metal and make it have no support pressure points and start hammering slowly/subtly in the bottom what happens, the impact wave is greater...Another example...Your KNEE is a pressure point/structure of your body..Take it away and what happens....And talking about this...People who are flatfooted should have an, disbalanced/unbalanced pressurepoints, nobody has studied flatfooted people see what kind of ailments they developed....Talking ONLY about ankle weights not about, vest weight or wrist weights....

ankle weights also reminds me off, LED/LEAD and wearing too much clothes on at the same time...I think led was developed later when civilization was advancing getting more modern, but was if led was discovered, in the time of Rome, the pyramids...They will be rejoiced and think, YEAH MORE METALS...Yet what looks the same at a normal view (microscopes where invented) might be harmful, look what will had happened because of the chemical composition/nature of LED/LEAD...
Same thing with someone who has too much clothes on, no one can see him but he is probably BURNING INSIDE...

Some thing else about ankle weights...This is just if in case..Suppose every single detail you ever did and will ever do like when you will blink in year XXX at such second and minute and let´s say that, the spirit world didnt exist...So that, everything everyone else did in history was pre-determined by some kind of DNA or cell code, if you noticed, cells what it will do all its life is pre-termined by the DNA and RNA code, so let´s say that an alien civilization came to earth and sort of like winding a clock/watch it sort of programed life to be like a pre-destined video game or movie, to end in a particular result...And by the wave sweeping across the body because of weak pressure points changes the code of the cell (remember the Twin cases/paradox)...What if the ankle weights by everyone wearing it, it causes the cell code of pre-destine-predetermine, to go haywire (after all you still CANT EXPLAIN HOW PSICHIS can see the future could be cell code), and cause the world, demise or cause the world to go haywire...Want to hear an example...If the entire world turned superskinny as a bi-product the Global population will increase a superskinny person or skinny person gets more horny than a fat person, another example, change the Global temperature of the Temperature of a Country make it colder, what happens, the Entire country turns more letargic/lazy, the economy slows down some points still operating as usual but lowered some points, change the Global Standard magnetic field of the Earth AND WHAT HAPPENS the entire global population, weights more, causing an increase in obesity, high blood pressure, dooming the planet, etc.....How do you know...

you still cant explain why the smartes people or smart kid or people with the highest I.Q doesnt make it to be a millionaire all the time or why most discoveries didnt fall in the hands of the people with the smartest, I.Q....

And this made me think of the following (along with the movie, final destination): Remember the Stochaic/random theory that that says that a mosquitoe flopping its wings in China could affect/influence tornadoes or rains in the USA/New York/Kansas...We might not flopp our wins but we breathe so what if the pre-destined code of the cell makes, the, the patterns of the global population of doing anything change which means arrangenment of breathing will be different and if trees can influence the Weather/climate of a region people should too...What happens if the entire world, INHALE/BREATHED at the same time, it will feel like a gigantic steroe speaker the size of north America sucked up air at the same time, And remember hurricanes, weather, climate has to do with: AIR, so if you change the ratio or composition of how that giant speaker sucked up air because is like a piano, (i remember that the Amazon was called, the Giant Lung of the World, because trees suck up air a different type of air), so if the Speaker of lung composition is changed it means people or populations could affect the: Weather, the Global Weather, which will cause certain diseases like mosquitoes diseases to go somewhere else, animal to turn left to somewhere else instead of right to where they usually go...It will change everything...Just a theory...

if people, the population sucks up a good chunk of the air, even if oxygen the air we breathed is not involved in the weather process but if people suck up a good chunk of the air, it will cause a change in gases/air dynamic/fluidity causing a dominoe effect somewhere else....if this is true, what a magical world...
