                                          Apparently, watching TV has never been this fun...lol...

Imagine something similar very cushioning and you know where the ARMS GO..

Well imagine if where the Arms went there will be, 2 dumbells and you watch TV all day and whenever the comercials come you begin to work out and you do it all day....

LISTEN TO DO...

TV Comercials last from: 1 minute to 2 minutes and they show it, every 5-6 minutes...

If you began watching TV from, 7am to 6pm and you began working out during the TV commercials, you will have, WORKED OUT FOR 3 HOURS...Remember this is not, exercising is, DUMBELLS...You can make them as heavy or light as you want....Could you imagine someone working out for: 3 hours everyday the ENTIRE YEAR...

if you are a retiree, or a stay at home, wive you will be doing this from the time you marry/retire, for decades and decades...You could spend, 30 years doing it, 50 years doing it....

However, such an, armchair doesnt hasnt been, invented, YET...

Can someone send this to the: GLOBAL FITNESS ASSOCIATION, THE GLOBAL MEDICAL ASSOCIATION, THE AMERICAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION, GOLD´S GYMN, ARNOLD SCHWAZZANNEGGER, THE GOVERNATOR, COMPANIES WHO MAKE HOME GYMNS, GLOBAL ASSOCIATION OF NUTRITION, ANYONE YOU CAN THINK OFF, ECT,....

For i am bussy....

who knows how many, POUNDS you will shed/lose...lol...

all you need now is, you see the accelerator pedal of a car, how everytime you press it it comes back up, well you need a machine that with both of your feet you press downward while seated to your Armchair home gym (lol), and you press with both of your feet downward...and everytime you press downward it comes back up with some weights as resistance of course...

This particular machine link i owe it thanks to the company: nextTag otherwise i wouldnt had known what was the name of such a machine...something like this but backwards:

Now that i also remember, there was an: Ab machine that is basically a: horizontal bar with a pad in your pectoris/chest and you must bring it down it provides resistance as you bring it down and it lifts some weights as you bring it down for the abs so you could throw that in there also....

Also i want you to look at the, back rest part of that arm chair, well most people have back problems, so why not have the back rest part of the arm chair as a lock mechanism with some kind of leverage bolt or something, that works like the ab machine i just describe but backwards, so that you could litterally row in a backward motion instead of forward and the back rest part of the armchair provides resistance with some weights to strenghten your back/spine...Think about it as sitting down and doing sit ups going backwards instead of forward....you can also recline and push backwards with your back strenghtening your back and also your abs....Because i did noticed that even when you are going backwards it also strenghtens your abs...i dont think such a machine has been invented....

but yours is going to be backwards you are going to have the weights infront of you pulling you FORWARD and you push in backwards motions like rowing to strengthen your back/spine...

Also this is just me talking...

you know in home gyms there is no machine that makes you take both of your arms and push outward, you know as if, 2 walls were closing in on you to smash you...Something like the following picture/link:

but where you push outwardly....The machine close down on you and you push outwardly....or a machine that close down on you in the form of a V shape and you push upwards and outwards in the form of a V shape...Again to strenghten your serratus anterio muscles and make you have that, V shape in your back....

i think such an exercise will work out your serratus anterio muscles, the famous: V shape in your back...

want to hear a joke?, i am fat and i dont know if is the: 8th or 10th pack of the, 12 pack abs but the 10th or 8th pack is showing...lol...and i havent done anything...This is like, my 7th or 8th time walking with the, ankle weights...lol...lmao....When i was skinny i never had any of that...

Something you can work out is your: LEFT SIDE, remember your left side, is: 40% weaker than your right side...So if your right side is: 100% strong your left side of your body is: 60% strong...assuming you are: right handed...If you are, left handed is the opposite....
