WHAT THEY NEED TO DO IS GO AFTER ALL THE FOODSTAMP FRAUD. I SEE IT EVERYDAY.
IF YOUR KID GOES TO A PRIVATE SCHOOL AND TAKES KARATE LESSONS AND YOU DRIVE A H3 AND ARE A NICU NURSE AND YOUR HUSBAND WORKS FOR THE POST OFFICE, CHANCES ARE YOU REALLY DON'T NEED $1200 DOLLARS IN FOOD ASSISTANCE.
IF YOUR ON FOOD STAMPS YOU DON'T GO TO THE CASINO, OR PUT GOLD RIMS ON YOUR CAR.

Thanks Sully! If they wanted to stop food stamp or other fraud they have the means to do it now. The question answers itself.
