Take a big blender, not the ones they sell in the stores, more powerful and bigger...

Boil the Mustard Plant tons of it...After you done place it in the: Blender/mixer along with:

Take Brocolli [raw] and place it there also in the blender/mixer...

Take a little bit of grapes just a little bit pour it in the blender/mixer

Take some tomatoes a little bit, place it in the blender/mixer

small drops/quantities of orange juice and blueberry juice or you can pour small drops/quantities of orange juice and real blueberries...

You get, lots of Cuccumbers, peel them off and throw it in there in the blender/mixer

Spinach cooked and throw it in there in the blender...

Okra cooked, and throw it in there...

a tiny bit of ripe papaya...

and that´s it you make a juice out of it on the blender...

Pour some soy milk on it to make it more solvent for the mixture...

take a tiny pinch with your fingers of Kori/Cori sprinkle it like it was, salt and sprinkle it on it...

Pour 5 spoons of Codfish oil not the codfish just the oil in the mixture....

The Savia plant (only if is edible) cook it and pour it in there....

Guaya (Guayaba in spanish) pour it in the mixture and int the blender....

And the blood of ALL MARINE SPECIES IN THE OCEAN (only if is edible and doesnt causes no harm), i dont give a crap about it taste awful you just drink the darn thing....

take lots of tea, boil them in a huge pot/kettle of water and use it as a solvent for the mixture....

Is not going to taste nice but is up to you, you sweetn it....Drink it EVERYDAY, FOREVER, HAVE A GLASS OF IT...

and you have them all in 1 blender/container....

who knows you might be, caughing up blood after, 6 months on it...

if i was you i will let it soak the way they let, wine soak and then drink it and start selling it....
