To all Teens or College Students or College Owners...If you are a college student and you want to join a sport team in college and you are staying in doorms, is better to: concentrate in college and on Saturdays & Sundays from: 5am to 10am you join/practice with a: Gym team, aerobics, lifting weights, or running team or bycicle team (better static bike) and you do this, every weekend...And you will be in good shape...If you can do it from: 4am to: 9am on the weekends it will be a lot better...Specially if you are a student lagging behind or you are a student who wants to graduate: Top of your class or if you are a little overweight or if you are a WOMAN, ANY KIND OF WOMAN....It will be the same as working out: 3 or 4 times a week....
