Some ideas & Some Thoughts...

Private or Public School: Instead of private or public school is better, smaller or large school...The smaller a school is the smarter its students will be, they dont play around too much, there is less room to play around and there is more 1 and 1 relationship with the teacher and student....I owe partly this idea to: Alli Velshi from CNN and a teacher who came on CNN....

I.Q or better Education in the workplace VS. Friendliness and Composure [not getting mad]: Schools should start testing for, friendliness and compusure [not getting mad] because in the workplace is better to have, friendliness and compusure [not getting mad] over Higher I.Q or better education except for the fields of science, ingeneering, math and astronomy and medicine...Someone who is compose i would think will tend to like his job more or dont complain about it...People who are not compose in a workforce will tend to quit their job sooner and they cost bussinesses lots of money every year in the billions....Owe this idea partly to Alli Velshi and a teacher i think he was who came on CNN and to my sister....

2 exercises that burns a lot of calories: you know the wheel barrow, make a little kid WEAR it but the wheelbarrow be backwards and the wheelbarrow be empty and superlight in weight, what you weight a lot is the rim and tire of that wheelbarrow, it will make you run faster too...Same thing is with wearing those military huge bags....It will burn a lot of calories...I partly owe this idea to: Foxnews....

This could be a Cheap Elevator for 2 stories houses, people in wheel chairs or for 5 stories buildings, for ships: I just thought that an elevator could be created using a pulley and a balance scale...On the other end of the elevator balance scale you could use: Sand, Dirt, Rocks or Water like barrels filled with waters....

Something i discovered: You know what i discovered...If you barely eat or starve yourself and you dont have to work, you become addicted to working out, provided the work out is not painful but enjoyable even if it hurts and provided you dont like watching TV, specially if the work out is in the hot sun...It will not work on women because you have to have a little bit of desynthetization to pain...Something else you should know dont know if is me...But all my life the times i felt like working out are at: 12 at night, that´s when there is no car on the road...Nobody wants to go and work out at: 6am or 7am or 9am in the morning when you still thinking about your, 37th dream or 4pm-6pm when everyone is getting off of work...again provided you dont have to work...Plus the temperature and lighting in gyms do make a difference...The WHITER the lighting is at night in a gym the more exciting is to go and work out...I bet people like to go and work out at NIGHT not in the day, at: 12 at noon til 2:50 the son is blazing hot, nobody wants to go and work out at that time....Also, mirrors in gyms make you want to quit and it distracts....Why??? most people who go to gyms are FAT/OVERWEIGHT and when they are doing exercises and looking at each other they are going to think...Look at me look how fat i look i am never going to make progress, i´ve already been here: 5 months...Remember it takes, 1.6 years to lose, 40 pounds....Not just that, most people who are at a gym to lose weight dont take supplements or pills to help them quicken the lost of weight, one reason is because they have tried all the pills already, and price might me another issue....

In Summer in the USA i´ve seen gyms more PACKED as soon as it turn dark at night than the entire time during the day, that´s when the breeze begins to pass and the day cools down, that´s when the air in a gym is fresh and different...When is dark at night and a gym is bustling it becomes, ADDICTIVE going to the gym...And room temperature: DOES MAKE A DIFFERENT....

But what makes the most different in a gym and is the deciding factor, it will separate the converts/pious over the quiters...What to know what it is...HOW MUCH PAIN YOU FEEL...If is TOO MUCH PAIN, that it leaves you sore you will not want to go back...Here is an, example: MemberB workout for 1 hour and he didnt feel too much pain let´s say he barely felt pain, the next day he is not sore...MemberA work out for 1 hour but strenously or felt a lot of pain while working out the next 4 days he felt sore and didnt go back for 4 or 5 days...MemberB because he wasnt sore barely felt pain and got to enjoy it, the next 4 days he was superb and went back...MemberB now went and work out for 4 hours extra in 1 week than memberA, now do the math for an entire year if memberA went every 4 days or even longer every 6 or 8 days and memberB because he enjoyed it went EVERYDAY OF THE YEAR/MONTH...DO THE MATH...Who is getting fitter...In 1 year, memberA went: 90 times in that same year, memberB went: 365 days or maybe because it was so ENJOYABLE to memberB he went twice a day and in 1 year went: 730 times, while memberA just went: 91 or 73 times if he went every 5 days...HUGE DIFFERENCE....Not just that, memberA after 1 year or 6 months because he was feeling too much pain or it was becoming to strenously, after 6 months, QUIT...Whille, MemberB is still going at it...

It goes back to: Is better to run: 5 Miles everyday or 4 miles everyday, than to run a 26 Mile marathon all at once, every 5 months...

Also, did you know that a large gym, the amount of heavy duty equipment weights they got, they could create: 7,000: 20 pound dumbells...Just 1 single Gymn....Which could make them, expand and have more clients/customers, making them make more money...Again, 1 SINGLE GYM...I partly owe this particular idea to the floods in Pakistans, came on the news...By the way; 7,000: 20 pound dumbells = 28,000: 5 pound dumbells which you will need in your workout when you are scaling down while working out, kids could join that gym and use the: 5 pound dumbells......You could stay with: 5,000: 5 pound dumbells, 5,000: 20 pound dumbells and the remainder 18,000; 5 pound dumbells give them away to kids/female kids or the elderly or have them in stocks...I dont know why they dont create a gym like that...

Did you know the gyms i´ve been to including prestigious one dont have informative signs on the walls, like: 3,500 calories = 1 pound...or if you are: 5¨4 you should make: 25 repetions of 3 sets or 1 stake has so much and so much calories....They dont even have separe rooms for weight lifters who come in groups or want to lift weights in groups, or a babysitting area attached to the gymn or a fitness restaurant inside a gymn or a ipod stores with particular musics....Anyways...You know the amount of time people are working out, deep in the work out trance and quit because they have to go home to grab something to eat and the 40 minute drive and then to return: 1 hour and 20 minutes of work out plus the cooking or eating...Maybe i am taking it too far but there is not even a Gym holyday motel in inside a gym for those that want to make the experience memorable or make PR...lol...ANYWAYS...
